1. Purpose

This Non-Disclosure Agreement is entered into to protect confidential and proprietary information that may be disclosed during our business relationship.

2. Definition of Confidential Information

Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to:

• Technical data, designs, and specifications
• Business plans and strategies
• Customer and supplier information
• Financial information
• Any other proprietary information

3. Obligations

The receiving party agrees to maintain confidentiality and not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.

4. Duration

This agreement remains in effect for a period of 5 years from the date of signing or until the information becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.
